The idea was born

The first Emy Sirmione shop was opened in the early ‘60s by Marco Carvin who gave “birth” to the first high-fashion shop in the historic center of Sirmione, when the town was inhabited by fishermen only.

The first shop was called Emy Boutique: the name refers to Emilia, Marco’s wife. Initially, the shop was only selling women’s accessories among which there was even Hermes. At the time Emy Boutique was the only shop in the whole Lake Garda area to have been granted the license to sell Hermes items.

In the early 70s the men’s apparel shop Emy for Men was opened in order to complete the overall apparel offer.

Customers have always been high-end: from show business VIPs to entrepreneurs and worldly famous sportsmen.

Generational change

After almost 20 years since opening fashion had significantly changed and Fabrizio, Marco’s and Emilia’s son, who had just taken over the shops, decided to bet on a range of apparel brands that in those year were particularly promising. He didn’t however overlooked quality and Italian craftmanship in his selection.

Nowadays the brand Emy Sirmione has two shops, Emy for Men (for men’s apparel) and Emy Boutique (for women’s apparel), which have been managed by the same family for the last 60 years.

High standards and quality

Since the first day our mission was to “undress city clothes off the customers and transform them into tourists”. This is possible thanks to a selection of casual and sporty clothing that is “made in Italy” only and stands out for its highest quality.

Our selection is season-based and pursues our goal to represent Italian craftsmanship and elegance for which our country is well-known all over the world.

For every item of clothing we verify the origin and the sustainability of their materials. We favor no-logo clothing which makes the customer value not necessarily the brand itself, but the highest quality of fabric.

Emy Sirmione aims at providing customers with apparel that could be suitable for both genders, while diversifying single items based on specific gender’s needs.
